Global Advisory Council (GAC)
The Global Advisory Council is made up of advisory members who are influential women and men across different domains of media arts & communication working with the Global Chair and the Global Denim Partner to amplify the vision and mandate of the sector wing globally.

The GAC Directors comprise 11 advisory members in dedicated director roles, leading specific domains (councils) and working with the Global Chair and the Country Directors from the Country Advisory Councils (CAC) to build synergy for the G100-MAC wing across 100 countries.
Frankie Picasso
Director of Communication
Frankie Picasso is a Talk Show Host, Author, Artist, International Socialpreneur and Champion for Change who has been transforming lives and influencing culture for the past 30 years. Professionally, she is a Certified Life, Business and Master Coach Trainer, Mentor and Activist, who just happens to specialize in the Impossible! Frankie founded The Good Radio Network, a socially conscious radio platform as a vehicle for social impact and change. As a professional Artist, Frankie’s paintings have been featured in the International Book of Contemporary Artists Volume 6 and can be found on Fine Art America.
The sale of her artwork and custom orders goes to pay for both Cleft Palate Surgery for children through Mercy Ships Canada, Saving Animals in Shelters and training puppies for the Canadian National Institute for the Blind, as well as other humanitarian efforts.
Frankie’s book Midlife Mojo won her recognition and the Finalist WINNER award as one of the “50 Great Writers you should be Reading in 2015!” and she now has 5 Best-Selling books to her credit, including I Bared My Chest, For Want of 40 Pounds, No Bulled Allowed, and the latest as Co-author in the Best Selling bLU Series. She is honoured to be a member of a group of high-level influencers and thought leaders who are out to cause a change in the world. As well as notably being the first female Kickboxing Promoter in the World and Manager of a 12 time Champion. A long time animal advocate, Frankie is passionate about SAVING Animals worldwide and raising AWARENESS for the compassionate treatment of all wildlife and Humans.
Frankie is a member of the Canadian Association of Journalists, Founder of both The Good Radio Network and The Good Media Network and proud Grandmother of 9 Grandchildren with the 10th arriving November 2021.
Stella Damasus
Director of Content
Stella Damasus is a critically acclaimed Actor, Singer, Podcaster, Speaker, Acting Coach, Publisher and Film Producer with over 20 years as an entertainer and over 100 films as an actor. She has won numerous awards globally like the Award for Best Actress at the Nigeria Entertainment Awards (2007) and Best Actress at the Golden Icons Academy Awards in Houston, Texas (2012), Best Actress at the African Film Festival (AFF) for the movie, Between (2016) amongst others.
Stella has been a strong voice for the education of women, consistently fights against underage marriages and injustice against women and young girls. She is the founder of ADIVA Networks, a media and consulting company; Stella Damasus Arts (SDA) Foundation, a non-profit organization established to provide economic, intellectual and emotional support to the society, using the Arts as its primary tool. The Foundation launched its Free Arts Training Program and opened its doors to its first set of students on the 16th of May 2011. An Actor's Playhouse, and is the Publisher/Editor-In-Chief of ADIVA Magazine. She is also a certified relationship coach and a mother and hosts the Ask Stella Series.
As an entertainer, Stella entertains and educates her fans through other various media programs. These programs are:
- African Girl Abroad–a chat show about the life of African immigrants living in America.
- Actors Playhouse–a program that showcases the actors’ lifestyle.
- Excuse my African–a weekly podcast, where she talks about the life of a misrepresented and misunderstood African girl abroad.

Michelle Madina Sow-Jeanty

Michelle Madina Sow Jeanty is a born dancer, writer and storyteller, who navigated from working in Finance to her Heart Passion by creating her organisation, Connecting Africa & Diaspora LLC, a Delaware-based company. Since then she's been advocating for Art and Culture around Afro Culture, Peace, Women, and Indigenous communities worldwide, especially in Latin America.
She defines herself as the Voice of the Voiceless, a Panafricanist, and a Spiritual Entrepreneur who believes Love and Unity will save the day.
She is also an MBA and has passed the US CPA examinations in Pennsylvania. She has been working for almost 15 years in the World of Audit and Finance, first for the Big 4 (EY then PwC) in Abidjan and Paris, then as an expatriate CFO for CFAO in Dar Es Salaam and a Head of Finance (Assistant VP of Global Controls) for Kayak in Copenhagen.
Her current projects include Art and Culture for Peace upcoming event, A TV show and a movie currently being co-written, a book and obviously the big one with Pr Ryo Takahashi: Global Peace Mission and United States of Afrika-Afrika56.
Clara Rufai

Clara Rufai is a Speaker, Writer, Podcaster, Author, Coach, Compliance Professional, Entrepreneur and Corporate Lawyer. She holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with 3 decades of experience under her belt, mainly within the financial services sector.
She expresses her brilliance in diverse ways, including as a Book Consultant, Storyteller, and Mentor. Clara is the Founder and President of The SHINE Zone, a social enterprise specialising in leadership, and personal development. She is also the Editor-In-Chief of SHINE Magazine, the Host of the Shine Capsules Podcast, the Convener of the annual Leap And Shine Conference, and the Creator of the annual Shine Legacy Awards.
Clara is an experienced network marketing professional leading a team of over 3000 business partners and counting. Cresta Durojaiye, CPO® is a Certified Professional Organizer, and one of Africa's leading Productivity Experts, Author, Podcaster and Life Strategist who teaches and empowers people with practical tools and strategies to live fuller and perform optimally.
She serves as the Founding Chairperson of the Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals in Nigeria (APON). She is the Founder of Cresta Durojaiye Productivity Academy (CDPA) & Co-Founder of PineTree Group of companies. She is a WEF London 2019 Speaker and Recipient of the WEF London 2019 Iconic Woman Award.
Cresta is passionate about creating systems and structures for organized workflow and personal transformation. She also places a major premium on family life, as a wife and hands-on Mum to two amazing girls.

She is a past member of the Forbes Coaches Council and has also been an Executive Editor for The Good Men Project and a weekly columnist for Entrepreneur.com, Her articles have also been featured numerous publications including HuffPost, Fox News, Thrive Global, and MariaShriver.com. As a revered speaker, she is the TEDx presenter of “Feminine Traits and the Business Economy” and in 2017 she was honored as a “Woman of the Decade in Enterprise and Innovation” by the Women Economic Forum.
Dixie's 30 years as a business leader and entrepreneur, combined with her deep passion for creation, innovation, and bringing out the highest and best in her fellow humans, add a wealth of inspiring wisdom and grounded pragmatism to all her enterprises.

Nana Karikari
Director of Administration
Nana Karikari is a multiple award-winning broadcast and digital journalist – with more than a decade of experience in the cable news industry. She received Emmy nominations for her contribution to CNN’s reporting of the 2013 War in Syria and the live coverage of 2013 Israel-Gaza conflict.
Karikari is also a Peabody Awards Recipient for the network’s 2011 reporting of the Arab Spring, 2010 coverage of the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico and the coverage of 2008 U.S. Presidential Primary Campaigns and Debates. Additionally, Karikari is a member of the United Nations Correspondent Association.
As a National Producer at Fox News Network, Karikari produces original content and global affairs, including the channel’s live coverage of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in 2022. In addition to her role in the newsroom, Karikari is assigned to the United Nations Headquarters in New York, where she reports and produces high-stakes meetings and events.
Karikari holds a B.A. in Broadcasting, Telecommunications and Mass Media from Temple University. She completed a one-year leadership certification program from Harvard University in 2021.
Shilpi Shah

Shilpi Shah is a Digital Marketing & Public Relations Specialist, Writer & Geologist. Shilpi is an alumna of the Indian Institute of Calcutta with 12 years of experience working in diverse domains.
From being a Geologist to conducting Interviews with Entrepreneurs on a global level. Shilpi is currently serving in the PR & Digital Marketing Domain and has expertise in media publications, Influencer Endorsements, Sponsors & Brand Collaboration.
She has been helping women in their start-ups to build media relations and fetch them periodicals and trade through her network. She served as chair of the Ladies Club from 2014 to 2017 and has been awarded the Fuzia Star three times. She has also worked as a Content Writer, writing blogs on platforms like JFH, Budding Star, Momspresso and more.
Shilpi Shah is a self-love advocate, and healer, in a true sense - motivating, understanding and counselling people of varied age groups. She wishes to nourish and advocate for other people’s callings and enable them to excel in achieving their personal and professional endeavours.
Sandra Adu

Sandra Adu is a design director, multidisciplinary design educator and cultural policy researcher, who has harnessed her myriad design talents over the sprawling decade of her illustrious design career. She has always associated herself with branding and design initiatives that have effectively fostered positive organisational growth and behavioural changes.
She is the founder of Black Girls in Design and has over the years played a crucial role in helping agencies to deliver exceptional creative projects for a diverse and exciting client base across multiple platforms. Her journey as a designer began with a mission to help small businesses to fight their corner. Her notable clients have been Hsbc, Net-A-Porter, REN, L'Artisan Parfumeur, META, JP Morgan, and Puma.
The mission of Black Girls In Design is to build an intergenerational mindset as a community of designers, innovators and change-makers who can define the future. As women of colour, our primary motive is to create a new global network that transcends age, industry and socio-economic barriers.
Eshani Mathur
Director of Social Media
Eshani Mathur is a Digital Audience & Newsroom Specialist, Writer, Painter, Speaker, and the Head of Social Media at Editorji, a news app startup by media-veteran Vikram Chandra. During the course of her career, she has held strategic and leadership positions in India’s biggest news organizations, including Hindustan Times, NDTV, and India’s national broadcaster Doordarshan News and BloombergQuint. She is experienced in setting up integrated newsrooms, building digital audiences and driving digital business.
At BloombergQuint, Eshani played a vital role in building the organization from the ground up, enabling the organization to grow in leaps and bounds, winning many accolades, including the Best Business News Website, for three years in a row and many awards for various social media campaigns.
She began her versatile career in the media industry as a reporter with the national daily Hindustan Times and went on to build the Digital Wing of Doordarshan News. She had a prolific portfolio at HT with more than a hundred bylines and many front-page stories. She was part of the founding team of the Gurgaon edition of the national daily and led the edition from the beginning in 2010 with 2-pages of coverage, gaining prominence, and breaking through with her front-page stories.
Later, she helped build the digital content strategy for the national broadcaster, in 2013, which enabled DD News’ digital presence to grow exponentially. She played a vital role in revamping their websites and setting up their social media department. Eshani also conceptualized, produced, and hosted a first-of-its-kind weekly show in DD News – The Social Connection – which is still going strong for more than 10 years. She has also been a part of many successful social media campaigns at NDTV, which have won many awards through the years.
A graduate of Journalism and Mass Communication from Amity University, and a Master in Journalism from the prestigious Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Eshani is also an avid reader, traveler, and artist who loves to cook. She also started her own entrepreneurial project with her artwork with her mother and a food blog. As an active social worker, she was recognized by the Diya Foundation. Her interest in writing for a greater cause started at a young age when she helped start a monthly tabloid for the residential complex she lived in. It was a great foundation and has developed into an informative monthly newsletter for the residents.

Jyoti Tiwari

Jyoti Tiwari is an Author, Gender Rights Activist, Citizen Journalist, Podcaster and Posh Trainer. She is the Gold Medalist of Dr Hazari Prasad Dwivedi Essay writing contest, and the winner of Sri Prem Chand Kahani Puraskar, Punjab University Woman of substance by SRL diagnostics 2016. She holds a PG Diploma in Journalism from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, and a PG diploma in Translation from IGNOU and has a BA (Hons) from Punjab University.
Jyoti is a published author of the Amazon best-selling book “Anuurag”, and has published a new book, “Ladka Hua hai.” with rave reviews from fans, supporters and readers alike. She has vast experience of dealing with the media as she has previously worked with All India Radio (Akashwani Lucknow) as a newsreader cum translator. Jyoti is a Podcaster and host of The Jyoti Tiwari Show.
She is a blogger and citizen journalist, and has also Co-authored research reports to the Government of India, and appeared on international radio shows as well for creating awareness regarding gender issues. Jyoti has worked towards sensitizing MPs and MLAs about gender issues and problems that have arisen. She has been a prominent proponent of gender research in the arena of well-being, has managed a community centre in Delhi NCR and handled a helpline.
She has appeared in various TV debates and programs voicing concerns on gender issues, spoken to hundreds of victimized people, listened to their problems and helped them stabilize in crisis situations. Jyoti also conducts training programs on soft skills and sensitise prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace in various organizations. She has conducted posh training programs and session in Shapoorji Pallonji Group: Adidas/Reebok, Volta, Sarva Foam and conducted Soft skill training at Amity Law College, Delhi University, Fastrack, and Akash Ananda Foundation.
Patricia Chica

Patricia Chica is a Canadian Producer, Director, Coach, Speaker and Chi Energy Educator born in El Salvador and grew up in Montréal, Québec, Canada. She is the president of Flirt Films and ChicArtProductions. Since her teens, Chica has directed and/or produced over 50 hours of content for film and television and won over 60 international awards.
She has over two decades of experience writing, directing, producing, and promoting award-winning films and TV for major networks and clients in North America, France and the UK. Exceptionally skilled at supervising every aspect of the filmmaking process from conception to promotion. Creative producer, coach, mentor, and trilingual public speaker.
As a Chi Energy educator, Chica is committed to bringing conscious practices to her work environments for an even more positive and inclusive culture. She strives to champion her team members through coaching, self-development, and continuous growth opportunities. She now divides her time between Los Angeles and Montreal.

Yasmina Azhari

Yasmina Azhari is a Forbes-listed businesswoman, leader and international speaker who has spoken on many prestigious platforms across the world including the World Bank, the Arab-Australian Chamber of Commerce and many more. Yasmina was selected 4 times by Forbes as one of the 50 Most Powerful Arab Business Women and was named among the 100 Most Powerful Women in the Arab World by the Arabian Business and CEO Middle East and was awarded by E&Y as the "Best Entrepreneur of the Year". She was honored at the Hall of Fame in Shanghai by E&Y. In March 2019, Yasmina was honored in “Arab Women Creators” by Diwan Ahel Al Qalam in Beirut, Lebanon, and was appointed at the beginning of 2021, in G100 as one of the 100 Global Women Leaders. Yasmina Azhari served as the G100 Global Chair for Public Relations from 2021-2022.
She was the founder and general manager of Mira Trading LLC and co-founded Al Yam International in 2014 with a strong network of 40000 parties around the world following up opportunities through her company in Dubai. With her relentless will, drive, and entrepreneurial charisma, she took the business to greater heights.
She has served as a Board member and advisor in many organizations, including advisory board member of Bank Audi, Syria, one of the biggest private Banks in Syria, a board member at the UN Global Compact Advisory Council in Syria, and a board member of the Tartus Port Co., where she was the first woman to join the board, administrative board member of the OECD (The Organization of the Economical and Co-operational Development in the Middle East and North Africa Area).
Decorated by Her Majesty The Queen of The Netherlands as a “KNIGHT”, Yasmina serves as Honorary Consul of the Netherlands at Lattakia & Tartus. She was the first woman to be on the board of the Lattakia Chamber of Commerce and was elected three times as the Head of the Lattakia Businesswomen’s Committee. She also served as Vice President at the Arab Business Women Council for 12 years and was nominated by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Abkhazia and Armenia to represent them in the GCC Gulf region from 2014 until today.
In April 2019, she was nominated by the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a representative to promote opportunities for better trade and exchange between Australia and the countries of the Arab League, and all the countries in which Al Yam international company operates.
Following her family’s legacy in commerce, and charitable and community work, she founded Mawred in 2003 and still is the President, of an NGO aiming at Modernizing and Activating Women’s Role in Economic Development.
Yasmina was awarded in Ajman/UAE as the most active businesswoman in Civil Society in 2015. In The Hague, The Netherlands, during the month of February 2017: Yasmina was awarded as the "Iconic Businesswoman of the Decade" during the Women Economic Forum EU. She was appointed in 2020 as the President of Emirati – Indian Businesswomen Council and was awarded in 2022 as one of the Global Women in Leadership, by The Great Leaders.
Yuri Cataldo

Yuri Cataldo is a Techo-optimist working at the intersection of technology and art. He is an award-winning entrepreneur, keynote speaker, best-selling author, podcast host and emerging tech strategist who combines the mindset of an artist and a technologist. Named one of the 40 under-40 business leaders in Indiana, Yuri brings years of experience in the arts, design, entrepreneurship, marketing, innovation, and publicity, in addition to advising founders, artists, and startups.
Mr. Cataldo graduated from the Yale School of Drama. He is a classically trained set and costume designer (with a BA in Communications, Theatre, and Drama from Indiana University, a degree in Set Design from The Julliard School, and a Master's Degree in Production Design from Yale University), an Artistic Designer turned entrepreneur with credits on Broadway, Dance, Film, and Opera. He previously founded the highly publicized bottled water company - IndigoH2O, the only multiple award-winning bottled alkaline water in the world and the 2015 best-tasting water in the world.
Yuri is a mentor at Yale Tsai City, MassChallenge, and Tech Stars. He is a Global Fellow and Advisory Board Member of Fintech4Good, a Board Member and Chair of the Outreach Committee for the Yale Club of Boston (the primary organization connecting all Yale alumni in eastern Massachusetts). Yuri has lectured at MIT, Yale, Tufts, Princeton, Stanford, Suffolk, Notre Dame, Emerson College, and Indiana University.
He was the Director & Executive-in-Residence (Professor of Practice) for the Business of Creative Enterprises (BCE) program at Emerson College which was a unique bachelors program focused on the connection between art and creative entrepreneurship, integrating Emerson's Foundation in communication and the arts to help students of the media arts prepare to be leaders and managers of the creative economy.
He works with and advises tech, blockchain, and creative companies on PR, marketing, product launches, and customer engagement. His efforts have resulted in 6 figure launches, 7 figures worth of free press for founders and products, and multiple awards for his clients and companies including Forbes 30 under 30, Discovery Channel, Tech Crunch, Forbes, INC, and the Boston Globe.
As the host of "Advance Your Art" Podcast - Each week he sits down with successful creative entrepreneurs and asks them, the who, what, where, when, and how they made it - so listeners can learn from their journey to - Make Money From their Creative Work, Transition to a New Career or Build a Creative Company.

John Njamah

John Njamah is a Nigerian Film Director, Actor, Writer & Founder of Colorbarmedia 707 who has since carved a niche for over 32 years in the Nigerian Creative Industry. He is a Dramatic Arts graduate from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife where he majored in Directing. John Njamah has worked on several stage, television, and film productions and has won several awards. He also has a certificate in Music Arts from the same University.
In the early years of his career, he worked with the Collective Artiste, a Theatre Organization affiliated with the U.S.I.S (United States Information Service) with Chuck Mike as Artistic Director, creating theatre outreach programs and stage plays for community development.
From 1995-1998, John Njamah free-lanced with the National Troupe of Nigeria, Centre stage productions, Amaka Igwe Studios, Tempo Productions and Eagle eye productions, where he worked in several film and television projects as an actor and won the prestigious Hubert Ogunde Foundation award for the best young actor.
With an array of works and awards, John Njamah consolidated his position as an authority in acting and ventured into another terrain; Directing. Under Amaka Igwe Studios he directed FUJI HOUSE OF COMMOTION, BLAST FROM THE PAST and was assistant director for SOLITAIRE and FULL CIRCLE. Some of his directing credit also include HELLBOUND, WICKED CONTRACT, LIVIN IN LAGOS for DBS Media, and WAITING YEARS for Hadassah Pictures. He was also involved in a BBC Voices Project and radio drama called "STORY STORY".
In early 2007, John Njamah pitched his tent with MNET and became one of the first Directors in a first-of-its-kind multi-cam Television Drama Series in West Africa called ‘TINSEL’. As an actor, John Njamah is well known for his character RABIU in Fuji House of Commotion, BODE in Bachelors, OSAS in Spider, and Tuvi in School. His works as a screenplay writer include HELLBOUND, BLAST FROM THE PAST, WHISPERS OF DEATH, THE TRUTH and PRINCE OF HEARTS.
In 2010, He established COLORBARMEDIA - a media firm that advises and consults on media and helps with film development, treatment and production. His recent notable works as a director include SMASH, MUSTAPHA, OCHE’S SECRET, IFUNANYA, EMELA, MUNTU, WINDOW GIRL, ROOM MATES, A LITTLE WHITE LIE, MALICE, NEVER ALONE, ONE MOMENT IN TIME.
John Njamah is a member of the Director's Guild of Nigeria (DGN). Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) and Association of Movie Producers (AMP). Sanjeev Pundir

Sanjeev Pundir is a Writer, Content Creator, Voice Actor and Poet. He worked as a copywriter and content creator for One Network Entertainment Pvt.Ltd from 2016 - 2021. His recent copywriting work includes writing TV commercials for brands like Nykaa, Kingfisher and Big Basket. Together with that, he has written Radio Jingles, a Pan-Indian Travel and Food show for Dainik Jagran in collaboration with Radio City. A chat programme featuring various artists for the channel Showbox, Together with digital content for brands like Tata Sky and a Rap Anthem for Kingfisher. He has done voice-overs and dubbed several projects along with songwriting. He also developed a concept and screenplay for the brand, BASF.
For TV Broadcasts, Sanjeev wrote ten episodes for the show called "Bollywood Icons" broadcasted on TaTa Sky and Shemaroo and the music show, "Swag in the City" for TV Channel Showbox. He has also written Radio Jingles for the Government in India, a short film titled "House Husband" for Humara movies, Digital Gags for Comedy One, and has reviewed many films under the channel “Review Jockey”.
Sanjeev has several years of experience in different domains of Theatre, including Directing, Acting, Art direction, Make–up and Set designing. He also served as an Assistant director for children's theatre with “Sahitya Kala Parishad-Delhi" and worked as a theatre instructor for Differently abled visually impaired girls for two years the “National Association for the Blind”(NAB), Hauz Khas, New Delhi.
He has conducted workshops and stress-buster activities for corporate organisations like Aon Hewitt to help their employees improve their productivity.
